No Sale Button

This button opens the Cash Drawer outside of a sale.

• 'No Sale' and 'Reprint Receipt' permissions share the same flag in the Back Office - Employees - Cashier Maintenance form. 
• Be aware that dishonest cashiers use this function frequently!, it should be available to all cashiers however for customer service issues.
• Watch the amount of 'No Sales' that each cashier makes on a daily basis.

Touch the 'Options - No Sale' button

• A No Sale Receipt is issued and the Cash Drawer opened.
• Every 'No Sale' is tracked on the lane 'Cash Out' and Back Office Financial and Cashier reports.

The lane will not function until the Cash Drawer is closed again.
