Vendor Item Coupons

Vendor Item Coupons differ from Store Coupons in the fact that they can be applied to a sale as a discount, to any item, rather than as a method of payment.

• The discount also nets to a the couponed item's department, whereas Store Coupons (or Gift Certificates) are non-netting, being used as a method of payment only.

To apply a Vendor Coupon to an item, touch the Item on the cashier’s list then touch the ‘Discounts - Item Coupon’ button.

• Key in a dollar amount on the Touch Keypad.
• Touch the ‘Enter’ key on the touch Keypad to complete the coupon item.
• The value of the coupon amount cannot exceed the total value of the selected item.

• An entry will show on the receipt detailing the item the coupon has been applied to.
