A Customer Database that can form the basis of a Customer Sales, Loyalty and
Invoicing system is incorporated into the Back Office software.
The main options for the management of your customer database are found under
the 'Customers' main menu option.

It works in conjunction with the software based POS lanes.
- The POS lanes allow for walk in (anonymous) sales as well as tracking known
customer account information.
- Payments can be taken at the time of sale or be billed/refunded to the customer's
account.
- Credits can be issued to the customer upon returning merchandise through
the POS lanes.
- Payments on account are taken through the POS lanes, which then will produce
a receipt of payment.
- Payments can be made against a statement or any one specific invoice.
- Statements can be sent to a customer at anytime detailing account activity
and outstanding payments due.
- A complete history of all invoices billed can be analysed in many ways.
- An Invoice reconciliation module allows you to see what invoices have been
paid.
- Each customer has a sales profile that can be used at the time of sale on
the POS lanes.
- Any invoice can be reprinted or reviewed for detailed information, from
the Back Office, at any point in time after the sale has occured.
- Points can be awarded to customers based on the goods they purchase.
- The points can be redeemed against Merchandise as they accrue a dollar value
that can be applied as payment on the POS lanes.
- Customer letters, emails and address labels can be generated for targeted
groups of customers.
