To switch between Description, Shelf Codes (Vendor Re-Order Codes) or UPC/PLU ordering of the data, select an option from the Drop Down Menu on the list.
- To sort the list by any column in either ascending or descending order, click once for an ascending sort, and a second time for a descending sort, on the Column Header.
- Column Headers can be repositioned (Left Mouse Click - Hold Down and Drag) to re-order them left to right.
- The list can be navigated by using the up, down and side arrows on the Keyboard or by using the Mouse scroll button, or by dragging the Side and Bottom scroll bars.
If you see a specific field on the list that requires editing - use the mouse to click on that item's field value.
Click on the 'Edit Item' button that pops up and you will be jumped right into that field when the Item Maintenance Editor Opens. Edit and Save the Item, you will be returned to the list.
The List can be filtered more by the Vendor, Category, Type and MixMatch groups listed under the 'List Setup' Tab Option.
