Setup - Reports Printer
From the Main Menu, choose the Setup - System - Main User option...  This will display the System Settings Setup form.
  • Click On the 'Computer Setup' Tab option.
  • Click on the 'Setup Office Printer' button.
  • If any Printers are installed on the computer then a list of the names will be loaded into the 'Setup Printer' drop down box. 


  • From this list, choose the printer that the labels will be printed on. 


Any labels and reports printed will then attempt to print to this printer automatically.
  
  • To set a printer as the system default label printer, and other properties associated with this printer, click on the  'Properties' button next to the Printer selection..

    Any report can be sent to any printer. 

    When a report is generated, click the top left 'Print Button' on the report to send it to the printer.

    If the system cannot find the printer listed in the Main User Setup, it will present a list of all available printers on the system.

    A report preview is always generated as the foremost form on your screen.
