Choose Employees - Time Clock Maintenance from the Menu, this then displays
a form that let's you edit Employee Time Clock entries made at the POS. The function of the editor is to allow the addition of forgotten Time and Attendance Clock Records or the deletion of incorrect or duplicate entries. Please note that one Terminal for Clocking In and Clocking Out should be selected where there are multiple Lanes. For Remote Lanes - Employees Clocking In on one lane and Clocking Out on another is not supported.

To Add a NEW Clock Record:
So for any day there should be at least two records per cashier. To Edit a Clock Record
Clicking the 'Close\Cancel button will abort the edit and return to the Cashier selection screen. The 'Clock In/Out Times' report is found in Employees - Reports. Clicking the top 'Reports' button will open this form. For the reports to look sensible all Clock In and Out records must be balanced, every Clock IN must have a corresponding Clock OUT on the SAME POS LANE and vice versa. |
