Choose Employees - Reports from the Menu, this then displays a form that let's
you select options for the reports available;
- Clock In/Out Times- If the Time and Attendance options are used
on the eStream POS Lanes then this report summarizes the shift hours spent by the
employee in the store.
- POS Logged Time- Shows the time the Employee spent logged in as
a cashier on the Lanes.
- Security Summary - Is a summary of the Void, No Sales, Returns
and Discounts that each Employee makes on the POS Lanes. The purpose of this report
is to highlight areas of concern and pinpoint dishonest cashier activity.
- Loyalty Points Sold - Is a cross reference between the Cashiers
and the customers that they sell points to.
Look out for one customer that gets a lot of points from a certain cashier.
This may be a 'sweetheart' type operation in progress!
- Cashier and Employee Lists - Both Reports provide a quick reference with
Telephone Numbers.
- Choose a Starting and Ending date range from the two date lines provided.
A calendar will pop up when you click on a date line.
- Click on the 'Print' button after you have selected your options from the
form.
- Each of the reports can be run for all employees or a selected employee.
