Setup - Store Information
To setup your Stores in the software, choose Setup - Store - Address on the Back Office menu.
  • For a Single Store - Store number 1 is already setup -  you should not delete or change the number.
  • Change the details only for Store 1. 
    All system functions and operations expect Store 1 to be in the system (somewhere).
  • If your store is part of a chain and requires a different number, discuss this with your technical support team and Head Office coordinator.
  • Click on the Line of Data that you wish to Edit, press 'Enter' or 'Tab' to move between fields.

Here is an explanation of the columns (field names) in the table.
  • Store ID - Always 1 for single store systems.
  • Pricing Zone - Always a 1, unless you are the Head Office for a Franchised Chain having multiple pricing Zones.
  • Store Name - Give the Store a unique description that will allow you to identify it at a glance.
  • Web/PO Name - This name appears on the Web Site Interfaced to the Back Office and Purchase Orders.
  • Address, Phone,Tax and Email fields will appear on printed Purchase Orders.
  • Web Printer - Chain Head Office use only - leave blank for a single store.
  • The Store Name will appear on each POS Lane.
Clicking on the 'Polling/Email Setup Tab  shows the setup routines for sending Daily Summary Reports via email and the default polling schedule for the POS Lanes:

  • A Store, for the purposes of this software is an entity where the reporting, sales data and PLU files are unique to that Store Code.
  • The Email setup section is required for the main Daily Summary reports to be emailed, oncve a day, automatically by the system to designated members of the management team.
  • The Unattended Polling Setup time should be set to at least an hour after store closing, or 24 Hour operations should define a Midnight cutoff time.

The 'Website Setup' Tab Provides options that define the location and functionality of an eCommerce site that integrates to the Back Office Software.

The 'Zone Category', 'Zone Mix Match' and 'Suppressed PLUs ' Tabs are all Multi Store options that only appear if more than one store is setup on the system.

These options provide additional functionality to the Zone Pricing system, allowing custom Zone pricing by Store for Category and Mixmatch items within Zones.
